The work view commands allow you to manipulate the camera to better view your object. To add or remove the objects from the toolbar, click the down arrow at the far right of the bar, select Add or Remove Buttons, select view, then check or uncheck the desired tools. From left to right, the commands are Refresh, Fit, Fit View To Selection, Zoom, Zoom In/Out, Rotate, Pan, Set To WCS, Navigate, Perspective, Restore, and Save View As.
- Refresh - Redraws all views in the graphics window, to, for example, erase temporary display objects (F5)
- Fit - Adjusts the center and scale of the work view to display all objects (Ctrl+F)
- Fit View To Selection - Fits the work view to the currently selected objects
- Zoom - Zooms in on a specific in the view by pressing Mouse Button 1, drawing a rectangle, and releasing Mouse Button 1 (F6)
- Zoom In/Out - Zooms the view in or out by pressing Mouse Button 1 and moving the mouse up or down
- Rotate - Rotates the view by pressing Mouse Button 1 and dragging the mouse (F7)
- Pan - Pans the view by pressing Mouse Button 1 and dragging the mouse
- Set To WCS - Orients the work view to the XC-YC plane of the WCS
- Navigate - Changes the work view to perspective projection and virtually places the user as an "observer" in the view, and using the mouse, moves the observer about and between the various spatial aspects of the model
- Perspective - Changes the work view from parallel projection to perspective projection
- Restore - Restores the work view to the orientation and scale before the last view operation
- Save View As - Saves the work view under a different name
