The meeting will be held at the Spring House Hotel.
Double rooms with private baths and telephones are available for the three night period June 2 - June 4. Rooms should be reserved directly with the hotel by calling 800-234-9263 or 401-466-5844. When you contact the hotel, mention the Swarms Workshop and the dates.
Suites are available at a rate of $175.00 per night.
Suites are the only available rooms. All other rooms have been sold out.
Free wireless internet connectivity is available at the hotel, although it is limited. You may be able to access the internet from your room although the weather may cause interference. Internet connection on the first floor of the hotel lobby usually does not encounter problems.
You may also purchase wireless access from Block Island WiFi Co. for $7.95 per day. This will enable you to connect to the internet without any problems during your stay.
Also, please note that the hotel's server is currently not functioning properly and therefore, most hotel confirmations have not been generated out to the workshop attendees. If you would like a hotel confirmation faxed to you, please call the hotel.
