Weather Policy

Jr.FLL/FLL Events

  1. In the event of predicted inclement weather (i.e. ice storm, snow….), please call 215-746-8126 (Rebecca Hayward-PennFLL) for a message. We will also post updates on our website.
  2. A FLL qualifier event cancellation will be determined by the host venue and the qualifier coordinator. The decision will be based on weather predictions or conditions at the venue.
  3. If possible, a canceled qualifier will be rescheduled. Due to timing or venue availability, it may not be possible to reschedule. In those cases we will try to incorporate teams into other qualifiers.
  4. If it is not possible to incorporate teams into another event the Penn FLL Operational Partner will randomly select a finite number of teams to attend the champion’s event.
  5. In all cases and outcomes event registration fees will not be refunded because of costs incurred by Penn FLL. However, all team participation medals will be delivered to the registered teams.
