Philadelphia photographer Benjamin Pierce works
with abstraction and with the figure -- sometimes separately, often
together. Unifying concerns in his images are the emotional qualities of
form and gesture, and the camera's ability to transform the raw material
of the everyday world. His mentors include Arno Minkkinen, Sean Kearnen,
Becky Young, and Gabe Martinez.
All images available for sale. Prices on request.
