The talks in the Graphics Seminar can be of various types:
- A presentation of a paper or set of papers from recent conferences that is relevant to your research.
- An area overview talk (state of the art in a particular area) that would be of interest to people.
- A dry run for an accepted conference paper.
- A talk about a research project in progress, starting with the prior work and ending with current results and plans of what to do next.
