If you do not have a PIN, please go to https://ras.papercept.net/conferences/scripts/pinwizard.pl to create a new PIN and password for yourself. Once you have a PIN, you can register using the link https://ras.papercept.net/registration/index.php.
In the workspace you will find a link to the CASE 2009 registration site. Once you start the registration process first identify your IEEE membership status (member/non-member). Next you will presented with the "Select Events" page. In this page "Main Conference and (optionally) Workshops" will be the only selectable option. Even if you are interested in registering only for workshops/tutorial continue with this selection. Next you should be presented with the list of events in the conference. The "Conference Registration" No. will be set to 1 by default and all other events (workshops/tutorials) set to 0. Change the No. of the events that you want to attend to 1. If you are interested in attending only the workshops/tutorials, then set the "Conference Registration" No. to 0 and the relevant workshops/tutorials to 1. Once you select the events click the "Continue" button. Do NOT click on the Re-Calculate Total button, as this will set the "Conference Registration" No. to 1 also.
